I really have to wonder if there won’t, one day, be a white/heterosexual backlash in reaction to this sort of thing. I can’t quite feature what form that reaction would take but I do have to believe that at some point these people of white privilege are going to rebel against this crap.

I can guarantee, attendance at this seminar was mandatory. Anyone who refused to go was disciplined in some manner. I worked for a railroad based in Omaha and this type of crud was happening in the 90s. If you were white male, forget about promotions.
