Ahhh ... a name that's force-fit into a dishonest acronym. That's how we know, without reading it, that it's a bad law.

This could serve to inspire real Americans to name good law through the use of honest acronyms.

Heinrich is running for re-election next year. He is a far-left radical who not only wants to ban guns, but gas/diesel vehicles (climate change activist) and oil/natural gas drilling (which incidentally provides about 50% of NM state income).

Regarding the tactic of banning some, but not all:

We saw this in Canada. First they banned “direct impingement” semi autos.

Then a few years later they said, the pushrod semi autos work just the same so they banned those as well.
