Former President Donald Trump's name will remain on the Colorado 2024 presidential primary ballot, a judge ruled Friday.
The decision came following a legal challenge seeking to disqualify Trump from appearing on the ballot, citing the 14th Amendment.
The lawsuit sought to use the Disqualifications Clause, or Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which bars individuals who have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against America or who have aided those engaged in such activities from holding office, and specifically cited Trump’s alleged involvement in the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021.

Trump is actually on a primary ballot, but in November people are voting for Electors, not for Trump. Plus this Colorado Judge said the 14th amendment DOES NOT apply to the president
Like you, I’m stunned, too!
I can’t wait to see Mike Davis on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” tomorrow morning at 10 AM Eastern time!
Right. Mike Davis “guaranteed” it.
A little too much fear mongering for me…
But thank God.
The low bar the judge set for “insurrection” can be used on ALL the democrats who run their trap. But we know as in every case, their decrees only apply to one person, never themselves.
Won’t stop the leftists...
It won't. Here's what they are running with:
Trump ‘engaged in an insurrection,’ judge says, but should remain on Colorado ballot
Libs are all over X proclaiming, “Trump found guilty of insurrection!”
“ The screwy judge said he was guilty of insurrection but still kept him on the ballot.”
Basically judge said wait til he’s the nominee, then we’ll disqualify him.
The only chance Democrats have now, is the same they had in 2020.
Fraud.
Will Republicans be able to overcome it this time? That all depends on if they can win outside the margin of FRAUD.
