Former President Donald Trump's name will remain on the Colorado 2024 presidential primary ballot, a judge ruled Friday.
The decision came following a legal challenge seeking to disqualify Trump from appearing on the ballot, citing the 14th Amendment.
The lawsuit sought to use the Disqualifications Clause, or Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which bars individuals who have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against America or who have aided those engaged in such activities from holding office, and specifically cited Trump’s alleged involvement in the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021.

Won’t stop the leftists from trying again, both in the states where the courts have already ruled against them, and in other states. They need one case to go through for the domino effect.

So Trump is, what, 4-0 on these stupid challenges?
This is for the PRIMARY only. Once that’s over, expect them to show up in court AGAIN, and the results could be different.
(I expect Trump to be found guilty of SOMETHING, and this will be the basis for excluding him from the ballot in the general).

I am usually not into the schadenfreude of watching other people suffer thing, but I really really really want to watch the epic melt down of Trump winning next year approximately more than I have ever wanted anything more

These judges may want to personally remove Trump but they are not going to be the person that does it because the backlash would be terrible toward them.
The screwy judge said he was guilty of insurrection but still kept him on the ballot.
Sanity prevails. A ridiculous case just like all the others against Trump. Even a leftist judge understands the damage it would do to her reputation if she agreed to remove Trump from the ballot. She would be a laughingstock.
I’m suprised by this but I think the Michigan ruling helped sway her.
President Trump is the best GOTV and fundraising tools Marxist Democrats have. He will be on the general election ballot if he wins the primary. Guaranteed.
