Svyatoslav Golikov, an instructor of Russia's Storm-Z penal units, took to his Telegram channel on Tuesday to outline the impact the weapons are having on troops in combat. He said ATACMS, which are capable of reaching targets 100 miles or more away, are creating large-scale casualties, and this is disrupting the execution of Russian operations...
The U.S. agreed in September to supply Ukraine with ATACMS. Given their long-range, Kyiv's forces are able to strike targets further away than missiles from the U.S.-supplied High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) and M270 multiple-launch rocket systems...
"It is cluster shells that are now knocking out a huge mass of our infantry with the layering of a number of negative factors," wrote Golikov. "The infantry suffers heavy excess losses directly on the battlefield, as a result of which the execution of combat missions is disrupted, and in addition to this there is an overstrain of evacuation logistics and an overload of the military medical infrastructure."
Russian troops are returned to the front lines in Ukraine with shrapnel still stuck in their bodies, Golikov said...
Golikov said that, while there are no radical shifts in the front line, and little breakthroughs from Ukraine, Russia is also having little success in the war...

Good grief, they are still losing. So tired of the constant lies. People know the truth now.
In other words, cluster bombs make Russian meat wave attacks ineffective.
Who is losing, and I ask that with all seriousness? I really can’t tell from all the inconsistent reports I hear.
Ukraine is losing. Even US sources are admitting it.

besides, there’s still many Black Sea Fleet ships to be sunk!
Russia lost when they didn’t win in less than two weeks.
Ukraine wins even if they stalemate the Russians as that denies them the victory they need to intimidate their next victim.
As it stands their likely next victim Kazakhstan is preparing to fight back just in case Russia attacks.
1 year, 8 months, 2 weeks and 2 days Of Putin’s glorious victory march.
It’s been a stalemate for a yea4 and a half.
Update on the conflict in Ukraine for November 13, 2023…
- Ukraine is losing its conflict with Russia according to a growing list of metrics reported on by the Western media;
- This includes the net loss of territory despite a 5 month offensive;
- Ukraine and its Western backers are losing in terms of military industrial production;
- Ukraine is also losing in qualitative terms, admittedly being outfought in the air, through electronic warfare, and counter-battery operations;
- The collective West has no plan even being discussed that can reverse any of these factors;
White males, that’s who’s losing.
