Families of the more than 100 veterans who died at the New York State Veterans’ Home in Queens in what they describe as “one of the worst COVID outbreaks in the state” are now suing the state-run facility for negligence.
The suit, filed on Nov. 4 in federal court, alleges the State Veterans’ Home did not follow COVID protocols and violated residents’ Fourteenth Amendment right “to conditions of reasonable care and safety” by failing to “implement basic infection control protocols and provide adequate medical care to the State Veterans’ Home’s residents.”
The complaint.. also claims families of the residents were not even made aware that their relatives contracted the virus until after they died.
“This class-action is brought because defendant NYS-VH patently grossly failed to be a steward of the well-being of our nation’s and state’s veterans, by failing to timely act to protect their veterans/residents from exposure to a deadly COVID-19 outbreak in their facility,”

the nursing home’s “actions and inactions, including their delayed response to properly monitor staff, students, companions, aides and visitors to their facility, precipitated one of the worst COVID-19 outbreaks in all the State of New York.”
“It is utterly shameful how the Defendants, who owed a duty of care to our state’s and nation’s veterans, dragged their feet and left our vulnerable heroes at the mercy of the deadly virus.”
The federal lawsuit notes that the State Veterans Home was the subject of 87 complaints and was cited for 16 violations of public and safety health codes between 2019 and 2023.

The COVID outbreak was seen as a way to cull the seniors population—as a cost cutting measure by the state. The vaccine short circuited that effort: Less seniors would be dying. However, when less seniors needed hospitalization, it saved the state money.
This is why you don’t die for the current country anymore.
They forget you afterwards. They off you by neglect and lack of care.
Die for people you actually care about if that situation arises.
Don’t die for America Inc. Don’t die because Biden sends you to foreign places. Don’t die because of guilt shaming patriotism BS.
Notice now men, the recruiting ads are full of white men? Thats who they are gonna send off to die now.
Was this one of the nursing homes where Cuomo sent COVID positive patients with his executive order to drive up the death count to justify the totalitarianism and hurt President Trump?
They probably died because they did follow the protocols
Trump gave NYS, with that Cuomo in charge, the navy hospital ship, Mercy, fully staffed, along with federal funding and nat guard staff for the Javits center and the new hospital in Brooklyn as mass casualty centers. Something like 3000 beds They all went empty

My brother-in-law, a Marine Corp vet worked on aircraft during the Vietnam war that were soaked in Agent Orange. His base was no where near Vietnam, thus he was never entitled to Agent Orange benefits. He had typical AO cancers within his body. When covid hit he was locked up in isolation and no family members were allowed to visit. This was in a Tennessee VA hospital. When near death they released him to family where he was taken to a civilian hospital near his home where he promptly passed away.
Needless to say, this is abuse from so many perspectives it’s sickening.
So the government makes each war a loser so the veterans that survive have no victories to be proud of and then replace them with fagots, trannies, and other ingrates.
And they wonder why they cannot fill enlistment quotas.
Not too surprising knowing the type and quality of the people places like this hire.
They’re not your best or brightest.
An abomination.
Ivermectin would have saved most of them.
I starting taking it once I knew was exposed.
My friend’s who were exposed to it and camed down with it when I did, spent a few days in bed.
I had a fever for about 4 hours. No bedtime at all!
Protocols? Protocols were useless at best, dangerous to deadly at worst.
The protocols were the problem. And still are.
Every one of them would have survived if Ivermectin, Zinc, and Doxycycline OR Hydroxychloroquine would have been distributed. JUST LIKE PDJT WANTED TO DO!!!
