On Monday, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) released a third batch of documents responsive to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests related to President Biden’s classified documents investigation.

In the redacted emails communications in the FOIA batch, NARA officials discussed the operation to transfer documents from a Boston law office representing President Biden. The Daily Signal previously reported that one day before the midterm elections on Nov. 8, 2022, NARA officials were negotiating with Biden’s attorneys at the Boston office of Hemenway & Barnes LLP.

“Please call me at your earliest convenience. On Wednesday, I will be asking you to send two staff to retrieve and then secure some materials from a law firm. This needs to be done with the utmost professionalism and discretion. More when we can discuss,” National Archives Chief Operating Officer William Bosanko told a redacted NARA employee on Nov. 8.

More evidence of a well meaning senior citizen who made sure that the nuclear codes were secure in the front seat of his Corvette.

He didn’t want anything in writing. Sending a courier to pick up docs. “More when we can discuss” — in other words, I’m not putting anything in writing that can be discovered in litigation.

That is SO corrupt.

Aren’t they supposed to be nonpartisan? That’s what David Ferrierro kept assuring us was the case before he retired right around the time of the MAL raid.

Truth Social
Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump

EDITED-—CNN just did a “Breaking News” story, (leaked by Deranged Prosecutor Jack Smith and his team of Radical Left Lunatics), that various people saw papers and boxes at Mar-a-Lago.

Of course they did......boxes, papers, etc. that were openly brought from the White House, as is my right under the Presidential Records Act. I even supplied, upon request, Security Tapes to these Election Interfering Thugs.

So what about all of the papers, boxes, and documents found at NUMEROUS Joe Biden places, like his garage floor alongside his cherished Corvette, or CHINATOWN, where boxes moved freely in and out (and the U of Pennsylvania). Biden doesn’t come under the Presidential Records Act because he wasn’t President, at the time.

Jack Smith has spent over $100,000,000 investigating me on this phony Russia Scam. How much have they spent investigating Crooked Joe on his much bigger deal-—having in his possession, on private property, US govt documents?

AND THIS—Biden, as VP, was NOT entitled to have sensitive and classified US govt documents
in his possession. Did Obama give US govt documents to VP Biden? If so, for what reason?

This was without a doubt hate-filled Biden’s most vindictive move against Trump.

<><>he retroactively changed the law WRT classified presidential documents
<><>he ordered a raid on Mar-a-Lago
<><>he seized Trump’s documents
<><>he had Trump arrested for having them.

Yes NARA is supposed to be non-partisan. As American citizens we expect there to be one standard for everyone. Unfortunately that is not the case.
Government corruption is wrong and apparently we are now a Banana Republic.

“Utmost professionalism and discretion”. Why it sounds sneaky like a possum in a hideyhole. We do have filthy people running out country.
