Israel has a new “weapon” called a SPONGE BOMB. It is really two chemicals when combined create a foam (similar what is used for home insulation).
The quantity used is enough to block a tunnel entrance / exit trapping anyone inside.

Israeli soldiers capture symbol of Hamas rule over Gaza.
Soldiers from the IDF’s Golani Brigade were photographed today (Monday) in the Hamas parliament building in Gaza City, a symbol of the terrorist organization’s rule over the Gaza Strip.
Earlier, it was reported that the IDF and ISA (Shin Bet) eloiminated Yaakub A’ashur, Head of the Anti-Tank Missile Array of Hamas’ Khan Yunis Brigade. Yaakub A’ashur was a battalion commander and was later promoted to the Head of the Anti-Tank Missile Array of Hamas’ Khan Yunis Brigade. He took part in the planning and execution of attacks against IDF soldiers.
Additionally, Mohammed Khamis Dababash, a senior Hamas operative, was killed. In the past, he was Hamas’ Head of Military Intelligence.
Over the last two years, he was the secretary of Zakaria Abu Maamar, Hamas’ Head of International Relations in the Political Bureau, who was also Hamas’ representative at the Summit of the National and Islamic Factions in the Gaza Strip. Khamis was involved in the directing of the terror attack in the community of Atsmona in March 2002, during which five Israelis were murdered. The terror attack was led by Mohammed Sinwar, Wael Nasser, and Taysir Mubasher.
In addition, Tahsin Muslem, commander of the combat assistance company who was responsible for the special forces in Beit Lahia, Jihad A’azem, a Hamas intelligence investigations officer in Zaytun, and Munir Hareb, head of Public Affairs in the Rafah brigade were also killed.
I think that as long as they’re in parliament, they should take a vote and decide unanimously for unconditional surrender and safe return of all the hostages!
Land plays a big role in all the wars. Ceding liberated lands is a huge Israeli mistake that causes incalculable damage.
Imagine how much bigger, stronger, richer and safer Israel would be if she’d permanently kept the Sinai, Gaza, the South Lebanon Security Zone and all Judea and Samaria!

Even when the IDF releases schools and hospital rooms FILLED with weapons and rockets I still see the Jew hating morons on certain websites saying “IT IS STAGED!!! FAKE. It’s the JEWS.” They never explain ‘qui bono’?
What is not said, is when the IDF goes house to house and then find a tunnel entrance, do they clear the house of people, and then blow up the entire building or just try to close the tunnel entrance?
I would expect they would blow up the building as the photo's of the tunnels look very massive and it would take lots of explosives to destroy the concrete tunnels. That means that the Palestinians living in those houses will loose their homes. They should have objected to Hamas using their home or place of refuge as a human shield. Unfortunately, it is too late for that.
Again, if Hamas, stopped popping out of tunnels and attacking the IDF, by abandoning the tunnels and moving the fight elsewhere, the IDF would not be going house by house, they would follow the terrorists.
