I don’t always read the full commentary but I definitely read this one to the end. The only thing I will add is that this has been summarized in God’s Word: Light has no fellowship with darkness. Even conservatives who do not profess a faith in Christ are understanding that the left is evil and supports all forms of evil. It took us all a long time to see it, but what is seen can no longer be unseen.

They saw how we talked about American values like capitalism and God, but sent our manufacturing, technology, and money to a communist nation that oppresses the church just to save a few pennies. I know some conservatives opposed the free trade deals with the Chicoms, but too many supported them. The fact that they were on the same side as Clinton, Gore, and Biden on this issue should have told them something, but they were seduced by the prospect of more toys for cheaper prices. We could have put a stop to that right from the start, but we chose saving a few pennies over our own children's future. Now, good luck trying to choose American made alternatives to anything.
This is why the left is winning. No matter how much we talk about our conservative values, we'll abandon them at a moment's notice just to have the latest thing or watch the latest show.
The writer pointed out that he doesn't care what leftists think, but they don't care what we think either. They don't need to, because they know they can count on us to keep buying from them even as we complain about them.
This is why op-eds like this will have no impact on them.
