An 18-year-old former Walmart employee from Maine has been arrested over a Snapchat post that showed him posing with a hunting rifle and ammunition outside his ex-workplace with the caption, “Lewiston part 2.”
The baby-faced suspect, identified by the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office as Michael Bowden, was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence terrorizing and felony aggravated reckless conduct.
Bowden’s selfie showing him brandishing a Savage bolt-action rifle was taken in the parking of the Palmyra Walmart, officials said.
“He took a picture of himself in a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot, and in that picture you can see a gun — a hunting rifle,” Somerset County sheriff’s Chief Deputy Mike Mitchell told Kennebec Journal. “You can also see a bullet in his lap.”

"Savage" is a company, a brand of rifle.
They make excellent hunting rifles.

They should’ve arrested him just for being that stupid. He gave them all the “probable cause” they would’ve needed!
And in several versions! Single shot bolt action, semi-automatic bolt action, automatic bolt action, assault bolt action with a scary bayonet lug, 100 shots at one time bolt action, and even a 556mm bolt action version with high explosive rounds. Note that the 556mm version does not come in automatic multi shot versions, but you may add a scary (if useless) bayonet lug to that version.

I have a Model 110 in .308 that’s wicked accurate out to 500 yards. Best out of the box trigger of any rifle I own.
