There’s no debt under Lend Lease. It was capped at $100 million and had too much scrutiny. Also it expired in September and they didn’t bother to extend it…why would they? This is our war escalation not Ukraine’s. So they just appropriated funds outside of it to give away to Ukraine and the crooked politicians.
