WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022 is starting to boost defense contractors’ revenues, as customers such as the U.S. government restock supplies shipped to Ukraine and countries around Europe arm themselves with an eye on Moscow’s aggressions.
U.S. defense contractors such as Lockheed Martin (LMT.N), General Dynamics (GD.N) and others expect that existing orders for hundreds of thousands of artillery rounds, hundreds of Patriot missile interceptors and a surge in orders for armored vehicles expected in the months ahead will underpin their results in coming quarters.
New contracts to supply Ukraine directly – or backfill U.S. weapons sent to Ukraine – were signed late last year, and now revenue is flowing to the big defense contractors. Lockheed, General Dynamics and RTX (RTX.N) all reported better than expected results over the past several days, and executives expect both the conflict in Ukraine and Israel’s war with Palestinian militant group Hamas to drive up near-term demand.

The dishonest manipulation of faith is off the charts. It reminds me of the “donate to the Israel survivors of the holocaust” commercials that have been on Christian channels for years now. With a little simple logic applied it is easy to realize it is a scam. How many could actually still be alive now? With the amount of taxpayer’s funds we have sent to Israel every year over the years how could we believe that Israel would actually let their own very few holocaust survivors starve? Where did they find that one little old lady survivor who has been the star of the commercials for years now? Is she even still alive?
Not to knock faith at all, faith is righteous, but even more so is the truth. How could they not see through the fact their emotions are being manipulated with such dishonesty?

And it is just as simple and plain as that. Period. Full stop.
And the democrat “party of peace” is all in with them 100%. There is not one democrat up their that is not also invested in the MIC.
One of the BIG PROBLEMS that I have with our country starting wars, such as in Ukraine, is that the Neocons are TOTAL IDIOTS (lots of them women too) and are matched up against REAL MEN who understand what a military is for and what war really is. In this case, it took the Neocons NEARLY TWO YEARS to get around to thinking about replacing some of the HUGE amount of hardware that they’ve sent to Ukraine...it took Russia less than 2 months to start ramping up.

Which is a better use of tax dollars? Spending $100 million at Lockheed, BAE, Raytheon and other US defense factories so Americans can have good paying jobs or spending $100 million funding some left wing social services agency so they can fund some illegal immigrant's legal bills?
Europe has done more funding to support Ukraine than the USA.
