Well, just like the other two World Wars, a false flag started them. Here Hamas bombed its own hospital and blames Israel.
Here is something that is very likely to happen, IMHO.
1. Turkey will send a “peace convoy” of supply ships to Gaza visibly full of hippie useful idiots. Giant peace symbols on deck that can be seen from airplanes, etc.
2. It will be escorted by Russian naval warships from their two bases in Syria. Russia also has advanced fighter-bombers based there that carry hypersonic ship-killer missiles.
3. The folks pushing for WW3 will order Biden’s puppet handlers to order the US Navy to block the “peace convoy,” after accusing it of smuggling weapons etc.
4. This will set up a direct confrontation between the U.S. and Russian navies, including submarines, as well as land-based Russian hypersonic ship-killer missiles now in Syria, and those advanced Russian fighter-bombers, also with said hypersonic ship-killer missiles.
5. The US Navy, for the entire world to see, will be viewed as blocking food and medical supplies from the poor suffering besieged Gazans. It is a lose-lose-lose optics situation for Uncle Sam. With a great chance to see warships on both sides sunk with all hands. Then, WW3 ensues.
6. This is not 1960, Joe Biden is not JFK, Putin is not Khrushchev, Gaza is not Cuba, and all of these ships will be in easy hypersonic ship-killer missile range. If it goes kinetic, it will be like the Gunfight at the OK Corral, but taking place inside a small room with no doors or windows.
7. And the US Navy will be seen as the bad guys with the black hats trying to keep Gaza from receiving humanitarian aid and medical supplies, either by turning back the “peace convoy,” or by triggering WW3, or by backing down in humiliation.
Lose-lose-lose.

My take: Al Jezzra is showing the rocket explosion at the hospital to the US, but not to the ME countries.
The US stays somewhat united behind Israel to draw us further in while the ME has more fuel to their hatred of Israel and the US.
