Obviously, stupid theory since 45+ countries are arming Ukraine. Are they all getting "kick back cash"?
Also, why was Finland, which has treaties with Russia recognizing their mutual borders, suddenly desperate to join NATO?

Putin is in China now. This is not being widely reported here but AP is saying that it “underscores China’s support for Moscow during its war in Ukraine”.
$1.5 million a pop and all to the good of lockheed Martin. Now, just were do all those kickbacks go? Oh yes, they are funneled into campaign “contributions” and stock options and stock tips and lots and lots of insider trading.
The kickbacks were coming largely from Russia and the Chinese (and Romania!), as shown in the Congressional testimony in the Biden case.
They don’t need clean kickback cash from Ukraine: that’s called an omnibus spending bill.
