The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires companies with 100 or more employees to report their workforce demographics every year. The strong suggestion is that you don’t look to hire white people even though they are or at least were 57% of the population in 2020 – down from 85% in the 1980s. With illegal immigration, that number is down by millions of people. The fact that we are violating the Constitution and hiring by race should horrify people. It definitely doesn’t bother corporate America. Because in corporate America 94% of the jobs went to people of color. That is according to a new Bloomberg study.
Merit is out the window, skin color and sexual persuasions are in.
Bloomberg obtained 2020 and 2021 data for 88 S&P 100 companies and calculated overall US job growth at those firms.
In total, they increased their US workforce by 323,094 people in 2021, the first year after the Black Lives Matter protests — and the most recent year for which this data exists.

If I was CEO of one of those companies I’d categorize most of my white employees as black just to keep the EEOC happy.

The company I work at almost exclusively hires women and people whose first language is not English. It’s a high tech company that went public in 2019. Stock down 90% now.

My workplace hires dozens of software engineers from India, fwiw .
C-Suite jobs. That is what every place except Amazon is collapsing daily.
They can’t do the job. If they try, they destroy what they touch.
It’s codified in the Inflation “reduction” act. If companies don’t rin affirmative action policies they will be fined and punished by the US DOL. And if they are in California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, or other Blue states, they will face the wrath of their state labor boards as well (they all do business in those states, so they are).
They’re not software engineers, they’re habitual liars. They lie about their education and experience.
Bingo. Service and performance have gone out the window for the sake of diversity. I am so glad that I am out of the workforce now. The BS in the 80’s and 90’s looks tame compared to what it is now.
My thoughts exactly. The Communist have had a field day with the U.S. Chaos and subversion in every direction. Look at what the public schools are now producing. To them, "Make America Great Again" is a threat.
Asians are mostly .Indians, not east asians
