The National Rifle Association hit Democratic New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham with a lawsuit Thursday in the state's Supreme Court over an "unconstitutional" rule temporarily suspending open and concealed carry across Albuquerque and the surrounding county.
"Please rescind your unlawful and blatantly unconstitutional orders and uphold your oath to defend the constitutional rights of those in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County. Until then, we’ll see you in court," NRA-ILA Executive Director Randy Kozuch wrote to Lujan Grisham on Thursday, according to a letter exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital.
The suit, filed Thursday in the New Mexico Supreme Court, names Lujan Grisham, Chief of New Mexico State Police Troy Weisler and New Mexico Department of Health Secretary Patrick Allen.

Well, the NRA was AWOL in court when GOA argued for and got a TRO against the Governess’ illegal order.
Then the NRA writes a snarky letter after the fact to the Governess.

The nra is useless a a gun rights organization now, after it was exposed how they core group of people control the organization by selecting the board members, and how they have wasted the organization’s funds for their own purposes, including lapierre’s funding his intern mistress...
They’re supposedly so low on funds, that there were rumors they have been selling off pieces from their museum for funding...
And, as this new mexico incident shows, they let other groups do the work, then show up and attempt to get the credit for defending the 2A.
I can think of a lot of other options.
The NRA finally stood up? I guess all the work by the actual 2nd amendment organizations like the GOA were paying off.
