Hungry's Viktor Orbán has been doing his best to prolong the war, and he is not well supported by his people who remember Russia's invasion in 1956

If so, Orbán is not doing it on purpose. If this war spins out of control, it will affect Hungary, and not in a good way. Orbán is doing a balancing act here, doing what he thinks is best for Hungary. This seems to have upset the EU and a lot of other folks.

As a side note, Orbán’s Fidesz party is still popular in Hungary, although not as much as before. Is the decline due to Orbán’s policies, or is it due to general voter fatigue?
