On Wednesday’s broadcast of NBC’s “MTP Now,” host Chuck Todd discussed complaints and demands for help from the federal government from Democratic officials in New York and Massachusetts about the influx of migrants in their areas and said that Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) “was right” that Democratic-run cities would be angry at the Biden administration once they had to bear the weight of the migrant influx.
While teasing a segment on the “growing humanitarian crisis” in New York City and demands for federal assistance from New York, Todd said, “I guess Greg Abbott was right when he said, once he got blue cities to deal with this, that they would be very upset at the federal government.”

well, it’s true they did ship around people who they (Abbot and desantis) had authority to deport to contain since they were illegally in their state.
If the Fed isn’t doing it’s job to secure the border the governor is the next authority to do so for their state and their authority to deal with illegals.
Using tax payer money to dump them in another state is not in line with good governing nor smart thinking.
it’s just gimmicky feel good momentary, and aiding the illegals further into the country, and dems wishes to have more “voters” and people to do their “tasks”.
Any governor not deporting or containing illegals has on their hands the fact they aided whatever wrongs/crimes (harm to citizens businesses property) those illegals do wherever they travel in the USA.
