Florida District Judge Aileen Cannon denied a DOJ request to keep evidence sealed in the Mar-a-Lago documents case against President Donald J Trump. Additionally, Cannon has demanded that Special Counsel Jack Smith explain why he is using an out of district grand jury to construct additional charges against the defendant. [2-page ruling pdf here]
Cannon has presided over the document issues even before the indictment against Donald Trump was unsealed. As a result, she has a good frame of reference for the Lawfare tactics the Special Counsel is attempting to deploy.

It appears that the judge doesn’t care for Jack Smith’s little sh!t-show.
As long as the special prosecutor wasn’t working on other charges which I heard was why he had other grand juries in New Jersey and dc. This could have been answered by one phone call.

Why would the DOJ want to keep the evidence away from Americans? Jack Smith claims it is clear as the light of day that Trump has endangered the nation.
The reason is, of course, there is no evidence.
THAT is a GREAT question, odawg, WHY, INDEED...the ONLY reason is that THIS IS WHAT THEY DO.
ANY DEVICE THEY CAN THINK OF WILL BE USED.
It is the evil, corrupt, revengeful JUSTICE department that we are STUCK WITH.
Praise God we have someone standing up to save us.
But to allow Alito or Thomas to retire and put a younger person in, gotta occupy the WH.
Did Smith steal that line from Adam Schiff?
MEANWHILE, the BIDEN clan is working hard to COVER UP MORE of their dirty deeds.
Dems want this judge thrown out.
