Albuquerque, especially southwest ABQ is a snakepit with drugs, and minors committing all sorts of crimes. And the radical left-wing Dim governor Michelle Lujan Grisham is all for letting young murderers out of prison instead of serving a life sentence.

Depending upon the law in NM it is possible that the 13-year old might be confined between 5 and 8 years after which he’ll be released on either his 18th or 21st birthday. As a bonus he’ll be released with a clean record.
