This statement by Judge Chutkan in her landmark ruling denying Trump exec privilege protections from House Democrats J6 committee alone should be disqualifying.
There is no way she can objectively oversee Jack Smith's J6 case against Trump.

Trump’s attorneys would be smart to have a dedicated communications portal for Julie Kelly, Matt Taibbi, John Solomon, Paul Sperry, Glenn Greenwald, Sharyl Attkinsson, and Matthew Shellenberger, (I may be leaving out a couple reporters who should be included in that list). Those are a few of the investigative reporters who have kept up with the criminal actions of the “deep state” for some time.

Article II., Sect. 3 of the Constitution and the SCOTUS state that the President can say or do what he deems necessary to achieve an agreement or consensus of decisions without recourse. Subject matter is not specified. Judge Chutkan is wrong. President Trump can discuss, instruct or use means necessary in regard to whatever he deems necessary on subject matter to anyone in expressing his opinion without recourse.
