She just sold out those that voted for her. She is now ok with importing hordes of people into Italy from all over Africa and eastern europe.

She is rather mainstream I see her with Ursula von der Leyen of the EU and Mark Rutte of the Netherlands not like Viktor Orban of Hungary for sure.

Italy is the home of Machiavelli the consummate political manipulator she follows in the tradition IMHO.

“ A right-wing populist and nationalist, her political positions have been described as far-right, which she rejects. She describes herself as a Christian and a conservative, and she claims to defend "God, fatherland, and family". She is opposed to euthanasia, same-sex marriage, and LGBT parenting, saying that nuclear families are exclusively headed by male-female pairs. Her discourse includes femonationalist rhetoric and criticism of globalism.
