Investigative reporter Julie Kelly says that Special Counsel Jack Smith “very well could ask a D.C. judge to deny Donald Trump’s release, to deny him bail once he is indicted, and arrested, and arraigned” on charges relating to the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
Kelly spoke to Breitbart News Sunday host Joel B. Pollak on SiriusXM Patriot on Sunday evening about the pending indictment of former President Trump, who said earlier this month that he had received a “target letter” suggesting he would be indicted.

In the Russia Get Trump Op the charged were put in solitary. The Judges railed against them before one piece of evidence was seen.
Secret Hearings were held were the Judges were asked to pause / suspend the statute of Limitations - and they did.
Multiple defenses were barred from use by the defendants. The DoJ simply asked the Judges to Ban X, Y, Z defense by the defense, and, again, the Judges agreed to it.
Then, In prosecutions of Hunter’s partners, DoJ lawyers asked Judges to bar the use of the name Biden in the trials and motions, by all sides, and the Judges agreed.
People need to consider what they’ve already done.
And one of the reasons I will be flying this flag in front of my house.

Mr. Smith, the defendant is already facing charges with stiff sentences in Florida and has not fled.
Am I to believe that the charges there are not likely to hold up, and if so, why?
