On Thursday’s broadcast of “CNN News Central,” Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) stated that Hunter Biden “has tried to accept responsibility” for the criminal charges that his counsel recently failed to reach a plea deal that was accepted by the courts with federal prosecutors on.
Co-host John Berman asked, “Do you think that a plea deal like that would have existed had it been for Hunter Brown instead of Hunter Biden?”

Hunter was trying to get a slap on the wrist and immunity from future prosecutions all in one deal.
And the DOJ lawyers must have been in on it because they helped craft the language for the plea deal.
I can understand hunter’s lawyer lawyers trying to sneak that in, but I can’t imagine the DOJ lawyers falling for it.

The DOJ lawyers weren't falling for anything. The truth is the DOJ lawyers and Biden's lawyers are actually working on the same team. There's no such thing as the "advesarial legal system process" when it comes to the elites -unless the prosecution involves persecuting President Trump. Then, it's advesarial as hell and at all levels of government.
