While that is a good guess, I bet it’s more simple than that. Joey the Sniff is a doddering demented FOOL, and we have seen him wander off more than once.

My guess is that Joey gets a bit worked up when SS tries to redirect him, and the poor dog thinks he is protecting Joey from the mean vicious SS.

I wonder just who has been bitten and which ones were trying to get Joey back on track. My guess, EVERY ONE.

I would say a fair share of biting dogs have insane owners or owners that just don’t have a clue about socializing and being responsible with the animal that they own.
