I wonder if they destroyed them WITHOUT telling the Neocons...since they’d likely be in use, in Ukraine, later this year if they weren’t destroyed.

The Neocons don’t even care anymore. Obviously Russia was wise enough to know that the Neocons would cheat on that Cluster Bombs too, as they cheat on everything else, even the damn Grain Deal.
They were mistakenly included in that last shipment of cluster weapons.

Meanwhile, the ChiComs, Iranians and Russians have kept theirs.
When the cluster bombs run out to give Ukraine, DC could have unloaded the chemical weapons there. Aren’t they thinking in DC?

That’s why I think someone made the very wise decision to not mention it up the line, since it’s hard to imagine ANYTHING that would please the Neocons more than seeing Russians being gassed.
