Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) stated that he thinks the Justice Department will do “whatever they can to make sure that President Trump is the nominee, because that’s who President Biden wants.” And Biden “thinks President Trump is the only person he can beat.”
Kennedy said, “I don’t know what the facts are. I haven’t seen the indictment yet. I will say, in terms of the politics — and this is the cynical point of view — but I think some Americans are drawing this conclusion, that President Biden and President Trump have a co-dependency, President Trump wants President Biden as an opponent, because he thinks he’ll be easiest to beat. President Biden wants President Trump as an opponent, because, given President Biden’s poll numbers — he polls right up there with Bud Light — he thinks President Trump is the only person he can beat. Now, one of them’s going to be wrong. But I think, I hate to say this, but I think it’s a fair observation, I think the Justice Department’s going to do pretty much what it — at the senior levels — whatever they can to make sure that President Trump is the nominee, because that’s who President Biden wants.”

The flaw in this logic is that Donald Trump received an undisputed 73.6 million votes in 2020.
Given the number of adjudicated votes in 2020 was 65% in some areas it’s very likely that Trump actually received a larger number of votes than he was credited with .

I never liked him. All he does is joke around and ask gotcha questions. What has he done? Did he vote for Mitch McConnell again? He was sending me emails acting like his campaign was in danger of losing in 2022, when he got 61% of the vote. The money he received could have been used for closer races.

Seems he thinks it’s important for people to think Trump is the weakest Candidate - but he’s nonchalant about the DoJ breaking every law known to man to do whatever Biden says.
The Headline here should be the DoJ abuses and politicizes the Justice System to affect Elections - but it’s clear the Poseur wants to hurt or damage Trump on Fox News.
