A little research, maybe a little data mining is called for here.

What if this phone number and name have been used before? How many times? Do they check phone records for valid address? Do they match the name given? Is it a "burner" phone?

Maybe a little follow-up, too. Any minor released to a sponsor should be reachable at that same number, right?
