A couple of months ago there was an article talking about how the ‘Inner Harbor’, or whatever they call their tourist attraction there, had deteriorated to the point where it’s practically shutdown.
They blamed it on lack of maintenance upkeep of the buildings.

The incident happened during a gathering overnight in the Brooklyn Homes section of South Baltimore, according to Fox 45 Baltimore. That area looks like a war zone. Early this morning I guess it was.
