Yep, it’s called the Dimming and Gates is one of the main backers for it. And I think they’ve already managed to screw up the jet stream.

Mentioning “chemtrails” will trigger laughter from a LOT of people. But after doing a good deal of research, I have to believe that they are a thing. Perhaps meant as some sort of geoengineering, cooling the earth for example.
