In my many years of experience with elders getting O2, I’ve never seen strap lines like that.
With someone that elderly, their skin has almost zero elasticity. Anything strapped to his head is going to be there a while. It’s also true if they are dehydrated.
And they all have control of the nuclear codes.and lots of people lie about sex and sleep apnea.

The soundproof foam would deteriorate rapidly and you would inhale it.

A couple of questions, have you ever worn a CPAP mask or been in the hospital for surgery ??
Someone needing Oxygen if it’s anything like in the hospital has a small tube that held in place by the tube curving over the ears and has two small openings, one for each nostril, that continuously pumps oxygen into the nose.
It could be something as simple as he wears his CPAP mask really tight and because of his age, his skin elasticity doesn’t respond the same as someone who 30-40 years younger than him under the same conditions.
Biden is terrible for a lot of reasons, this is not one of them.
