Good point, the title is clickbait. The odds are a million to one that somebody in the pentagon created such a memo at some time, but it might not be anything like what the media claims. If it means that Smith never had such a document and if it existed was not going to use it in federal court against Trump, I don't know, and I doubt that you know either. If sundance had written that the grand jury indictment did not claim that such a memo was included in the supporting evidence, that would have been more accurate. In general, descriptions were ambiguous, but that is what I would expect.

First of all...we only heard an excerpt...and I think...cut and paste...but people were laughing...two writers and two of Trump’s aides were in the room...people were laughing...and I doubt they were the aides...The writers were there to obtain info on Miley for his bio...
Hold on there, cowboy. I’m an RDS guy. My statement was with regard to the anger felt by the poster about the stolen election, and the general apathy of the public. Anger is a good thing, when righteous. And that righteous anger is best described by Jesus’ cleansing of the temple. I can be for RDS, and still recognize that the election was stolen from Trump. And still be angry about the media’s attack on Trump. Don’t forget, DeSantis is next on their hitlist.

I feel ya there, ol cowpoke. I am so blessed to live here and be able to enjoy the fruits of actual conservative power in the Free State of Florida. I’ve lived here for over 40 years, and my father and grandfather over 50 before that. I want to share it with the rest of the country. But in the event that DeSantis is not the nominee, I won’t hesitate to vote for Trump, and will not slam the Don indiscriminately from the left during the silly season. Each candidate has their flaws, but I won’t gift the left by refusing to vote because my candidate didn’t get selected in the primary.
