Yep, right there in the picture is Jussie Smollett being forced to drive the car by two black passengers!
Seriously, you actually believe flooding always causes more problems for the attacker?
LOL well no need to continue with that discussion, that is not how things work. I am no military tactician but know enough that flooding can favor either depending on troop positions, logistics/supply lines, timing to mention just a few things.
Might want to expand your understanding of such things.
Oh I might add, given Russia is actually the invader wouldn’t that mean, in your Example, Ukraine was more likely to blow up the damn form invading Russian troops? That is actually the WWII example you provide.
That's obvious.
“Dambusters” was a pretty good flick.
Wow. You do know that the flooded areas were mostly russian occupied and a possible attacking point for the Ukrainians?
Uhm was kind of my point, Why would Russia flood Russian occupied areas? With a potential to harm Russian and create a tactical disadvantage.
Do you realize Russia was on the south where the flash flooding did the most damage and posed only a risk the Russian troops right? Ukraine is positioned on the north and were under no risk.
Stop believing all the MSM lies.
That whole region was a possible point of attack by the Ukrainians which doesn't have to be seriously defended by the russians now. Ukrainians cannot attack through the flooding and mud. The dam was also one of the few crossing points of the Dnieper River at that point.
On top of the dam? Most of the force of the explosion would go up I believe. Cutting off the roof of the car for a better pic is a nice touch.

Norway’s nuclear test-ban monitor NORSAR says seismic signals indicate that there was an explosion at the Nova Kakhovka Dam at 02:54 AM on June 6, [2023, Tuesday] meaning kinetic action was highly likely used to bring the dam down.
Magnitude estimated between 1 and 2.

An explosion in a passageway that runs through the machine room of the Kakhovka dam was the most likely place where Russians placed explosives to destroy it - NYT

Or more possible, that those barrels don't fit through the car door.
“barrels don’t fit”
True. It just looked like a mickey mouse operation to me, if that is truly the vehicle used. Personally, I would have planted it by the gates at a lower part of the dam. Or the turbines at the same time.
It’s interesting that they were tweeting from a war zone riddled with bodies. I guess the old cut off comms and supplies is a lost art of war tactic.
