House Democrats this week dismissed allegations President Biden improperly accepted money from a Ukrainian company during the Obama administration, but defended his administration for charging his likely 2024 rival, former President Donald Trump, with crimes.
"I've seen a lot of allegations against President Biden by MAGA Republicans, but the truth is they've amounted to nothing. … I don't think they have a lot of credibility. But, look, they can knock themselves out," Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., said when asked about whether there should be an investigation into the Biden allegations.
"All I want them to do is pay America's bills, fund the government and keep Ukraine in the fight. And if they want to waste their time on worthless investigations, they'll have to answer to the American people for why they chose to do that."

Please don’t tell falsehoods in your defense of Trump - it doesn’t help him and undermines your credibility. The documents at Mar-a-Lago were not in a SCIF. They were in a bathroom, on a stage in a ballroom, in the business center, and also in a storage room. Of all of those, only the storage room was locked. You can believe the prosecution is completely political and a hit job without distorting the facts.

Only repeating what I have read here. I have heard it was a SCIF, but that may just be uninformed language for a secure locked closet with SS agents around. Not intending to spread any falsehoods. I do insist Trump’s possession of “classified documents” is no where near as egregious as Brandon’s or Hillary’s.
Sorry, I have seen a lot of people continue making this claim after being corrected. No offense intended. I agree that Biden and Hillary have done worse. (Btw, the Secret Service has clarified that they protect Trump and his family, but not his property. In other words, they are not in charge of security at Mar-a-Lago except for the family residence, which would not include most of the places the documents were stored.)
The democrat party is a crime syndicate.
I believe if the Deep State will not give up the gains they have made and if they believe they cannot win the 2024 elections by hook or by crook they will create an imaginary uprising to justify sending the military out to “restore order” or possibly ask the UN to intervene if they don’t think the military will comply.
McCarththy, start impeachment proceedings now!
That is assuming they are “facts.” There is a long history of lies and distortions from people investigating Trump.
