I am not getting your point. What does this have to do with the Trump indictment?
His display of Constitutional issues that define Americans might allow forgiveness of his lack of NBC (nat born citizen) in the minds of voters. And if Trump's lawyers blow it and fail to mention the case today in their plea for dismissal, and Trump figures that out and corrects it, he may have a reliable VP for a change.
