And if Trump's lawyers blow it and fail to mention the case today in their plea for dismissal, and Trump figures that out and corrects it, he may have a reliable VP for a change.
When voters see substance I don't think they will care that Vivek isn't a NBC in THEIR minds. Heck, they might even look up the definition of NBC and discover to their happy surprise that they have been wrong and that Vivek is in fact a NBC !

1) We KNOW FOR A FACT that he is a citizen AT BIRTH
2) We DO NOT KNOW if his father or mother or both were citizens at the time of his birth, or for that matter, if this is even an issue since Obama’s election.
