Barr: Trump Indictment Is ‘Very, Very Damning’ — If Even Half-True ‘He’s Toast’
Breitbart ^ | 06/11/2023 | Pam Key

Posted on 06/11/2023 10:47:10 AM PDT by ChicagoConservative27

Former Attorney General Bill Barr said on this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday” that the federal indictment against former President Donald Trump was “very, very damming.”

Anchor Shannon Bream said, “What about this chief argument that comes up for the president’s allies and his legal team that this should have been handled under the Presidential Records Act, not this Espionage Act charge and other federal statutes that were used here?”

The DNC and elected Democrats are liars.

What he should have said should have begun with: “Well, we now know for sure that Democrats will lie and craft false narratives and spurious investigations so if any of these charges aren’t trumped up horswoggle I’ll be surprised.”

More Barr b#ll sh#t.

Legitimacy of indictments including those against Trump fully depends on reasonable evidence of PROBABLE CAUSE that Trump committed a crime for which he is accused (”indicted”). The U.S. Constitution, Amendment IV.

The U.S. Constitution. Remember that?

Without PROBABLE CAUSE, the indictments must be thrown out and very possibly prosecutorial misconduct considered.

First, the Supreme Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution:

The 4th Amendment begins with confirming that one has the right to be secure in his person and his belongings from government interference (unless there is probable cause (PC) of committing a crime). (The 4A doesn’t grant the right, it simply confirms the right with which the Declaration of Independence (DOI) has declared we are endowed by God upon birth.

The body of the Constitution, in which the states ratified the transfer of certain limited and enumerated powers from the States and the people to the central government, does not transfer that power from individuals to the federal government so the 4A simply confirms that this right of security from the government belongs to the individual - true with all first eight amendments which are wrongly called a “bill of rights”).

So, based on our basic God-given right to security from the government, in order to even start an investigation, the government must have legitimate reasonable suspicion (RS) that a crime was committed. Reasonable suspicion requires articulated and specific reasons why the prosecution believes the defendant committed a crime. “Hunch” or something other than facts that can be articulated are not good enough to detain or investigate.

Probable cause (PC) goes a step further. PC goes from “possible” (RS) to “probable” (PC), again requiring articulation of facts that a crime was PROBABLY committed, enough that prosecution could reasonably believe a judge would issue a warrant.

Next, the facts of the case:

I don’t know the facts or the specific federal law well enough to judge in this case.

However I will say that the Leftist Congress and Biden and his administration including the DOJ & FBI, have broken the law many times in having NO articulated reasonable suspicion BEFORE they begin their investigation, much less PC to formally accuse (”indict” or “impeach”). I think it is safe to presume that these actions of this rogue and corrupt government are also absent RS or PC.

Okay, this story is being repeated here on FR. Maybe a different source but it is they same story over and over again. Tiring. We know that Barr was a bad hiring choice by Trump, that he was Deep State, that he overlooked Clinton, Biden, and every Democrat that came under investigation. But do we really need this story posted over and over again?

Who appointed Barr? And Wray? We need a Trump memorial to honor him, not a second term.

Barr is a DOJ-KGB insider. He was sent in as a compromise candidate - McConnell and Senate Select Committee on Intelligence would have never allowed a Senate vote on anyone Trump truly wanted.

His job was to clean-up the insane ideological persecution of Trump and public warfare that was becoming a public embarrassment, while at the same time, maintaining the control and “public integrity” of the DOJ-KGB and the deep-state. Durham was a major tool in that job.

His present words and position fit that role exactly.

Trump has learned a valuable lesson since he was President.....careful who you listen to. In his second term you can bet he’ll be listening to those he can really trust and not the pretenders......and yes he needs a second term (or third) to try and undo the damage the Demons have done and there’s no one else that can do it!

Yawn.

The trial won’t happen until we’re in the middle of a Presidential Primary.

Cannon needs to “deep six” this crap at the start.

This is bigger than just demonizing Trump. It’s obvious that ALL of “Official Washington” is desperate to survive. People are becoming well aware that it — like its “President” — is an outdated, antiquated, money-grubbing monster that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the taxpayers that fund it. In other words, it’s old and in the way and living in fear that encroaching public opinion is in favor of sending it to the “home.”
