As Levin said there is no LAW violated in this made up “document” case. The 1917 Espionage Act dates from President Wilson and has never had any case prosecuted using it since 1918. Never since. This is a hurry up distraction because JoeBama’s whistleblower on his bribery— that document was seen by the entire HOUSE today. No coinkidink, and what pussy widdew Merrick fruit Garland is. Also, JoeBama had to sign off on this prosecution. He is toast in so many ways— just need to get the docs ready.

It seems several attorneys offered their services during the election fraud cases to Trump and he didn’t take them up on the offers. Gotta be careful about that stuff I know.
However, Trump attorney for the civil rape case (that should NOT have been lost) is questionable at best.
Her interviews are so cringey and I can’t believe she’s a practicing attorney. The fact that she didn’t understand the Paula Jones Settlement was baffling to me.
She’s a clinger on opportunist.
I get she works foe the campaign too but the way she does it is so unprofessional for an attorney.
For all the good he did, Trump’s one major flaw is either his judgment in people or inability to hire good help. It’s the root of 90% of his problems.

Normally I’d argue that point but your post has me thinking.
I think Pres Trump’s major flaw was being naive. Naive to think that there were so many people in DC and that machine that were so against the people and the country. He naively thought that Republican Senators and House members actually cared about their constituents.
Think about it, while he may have been a major figure in a lot of ways, prior to being elected, he was not in the game. So, when he shows up on day 1, first person he’s dealing with is Preibus, the ultimate swamp creature.
He makes his picks. Picks he thinks are going to help him. Only to have them subvert him at every turn. Mattis turned out to be a complete leftist, globalist fraud for all his Marine Corps bravado. Sessions?? Kelly??
The two that should have been the worst, Ross and Mnuchin, did amazing things to help this country. All while being greedy Wall St and corporate raiders.
They provided him a list of folks they approved of. And I think that’s one of the things that is scaring the poop out of them this time. He knows the rules. He knows their game. They know he has the potential to come in with a goon squad that can destroy all of it.
And the biggest problem is, IMHO, that THEY are doing their best to keep him isolated.
DrewsMum could be an attorney that could make all of Pres Trump’s legal issues disappear and then turn the tables on all of them. But if DrewsMum is just a local lawyer, DrewsMum isn’t getting within a mile of Pres Trump. THEY wont let you.

I saw the video of that this morning on TV, but last night I listened to him on satellite radio. It is beside the point, but I was amazed at how toned down he sounded on TV compared to the radio. On the radio, it is a wonder the speaker was not damaged. It is called righteous indignation.
What makes you think he isn't?
There are many regulations in place concerning "attorney of record" and so forth; and due to his employment status, he may already have signed a contract that would prevent him from taking the case as a representative. But don't think for a minute he is not helping by publicly airing his opinion of the illegality of the charges. No doubt he has many private avenues in which to influence legal circles as well.
Could this be the left cabal's strategy? Cynically knowing they'll probably lose the case after numerous appeals; but take years to do it, enrich many lawyers, extort Trump's donors, and exhaust Trump to prevent him from running or succeeding? It's how they destroyed General Flynn and many others. Complete disgrace.

Well here in New York he’s on Monday - Friday on WABC radio 770 AM or 107.1 FM, I don’t know about other areas though. But it doesn’t matte anyway, you can listen to him live on the net...

I didn't really care for Bongino because he was mostly all rant and no substantive information. At least he was passionate.
The other choice on another channel is Dennis Prager but listening to him is like sitting in a church and falling asleep during the sermon. I like his views but he's boring........
