Something I dream about is the U.S. military entering Mexico (ignoring the cries of the Mexican government) and blasting to kingdom come the narco-traffic bases. Wiping them off the face of the earth.

Yes, we need to secure a safe haven for illegal aliens in northern Mexico, so we should occupy maybe the first 10 or even 100 miles of Mexico. Heck, invite in the UN to administer it just like they do in Syria, etc. Then, completely close our border and actively focus on deporting the 60+ million illegal aliens in the US.

Between the ongoing illegal alien invasion including numerous OTMs, and the drug cartels' various activities, we actually do have legitimate causus belli against Mexico. I certainly don't trust the current regime in Washington to do it right, though.
