The custodian of Joe Biden’s vice presidential records, a key witness in his classified documents probe, was caught up in another documents scandal while working at the Commerce Department during the Clinton administration, court records reveal.
Longtime Biden aide and gatekeeper Kathy S. Chung, who has been interviewed by federal prosecutors and congressional investigators in the Biden case, was part of a team sanctioned for withholding and even destroying key documents in the federal case that sought sensitive records from a central figure in the so-called Chinagate fundraising investigation of the late 1990s, RealClear Investigations has learned exclusively.
A special prosecutor is now investigating whether Biden unlawfully handled top secret materials in early 2017, when he tasked Chung with removing boxes containing classified documents from the White House and storing them at various private offices in D.C., including the Chinatown neighborhood. Some of the highly sensitive papers also ended up at his home in Wilmington, Del.

That’s the attitude of many on both sides of the aisle. We now have a “Trump exception” to laws and regulations. Others can point to laws or rules to support their behavior or actions while pointing to the same laws to accuse Trump of violating rules. They will twist the wording to excuse behavior in some while at the same time condemning behavior in others. Words mean exactly what they say they mean, even if they meant something else yesterday.

Chung is that for sure, but maybe that’s just for appearances, so the stinking lawyers have someone to blame when things go south.....or maybe far east..

What is stunning to me is how quickly the FJB documents story shifted from FJB not having ANY legal authority to possess any of the documents to FJB is fully cooperating with the DOJ, so “no crime here” . . .

Plus Jack Smith lost a case in the Supreme Court 9 to 0, that is a bad record for an attorney. Why use him for such an import case? Can you say Fall Guy?

- US has less than 30 cruise missiles left
2009:
- HRC takes over as sec. of state (running the international intel circus)
- sets up all info sent to her desk to route to an open server in her basement
- this is a violation but no one cares
- no fewer than 6 foreign agencies had access to that server
2022:
- the US cannot make cotton masks
- china demonstrates its military might with systems that look strangely familiar
