It proves they were doing something they weren’t supposed to. But then she has to prove the nature of the tampering, and that the tampered machines were taken to Republican-voting districts.
It doesn’t... But any tampering of the sealed box invalidates its use... regardless of the outcome. That’s why it’s SEALED.

They did break the seal. I wonder if they replaced those compromised seals?
I would think compromising the integrity of the machines would be a significant and serious piece of uncovered discovery.
