Longtime Oregon Republican National Committeeman Solomon Yue is facing a recall from the state party that he suspects is in response to his support of former President Donald Trump.
Yue, who is in his sixth term as state GOP national committeeman, is basing his assumption, at least in part, on the petition to recall him having been circulating days after he met with the former president, who promised to hold a rally in Oregon.
Trump met with Yue last month at the National Rifle Association’s National Convention in Indianapolis. Yue told Just the News this weekend he wanted Trump to come to a rally in Oregon "to energize our base because there is a voter apathy.”
He further argued the GOP could have flipped six Oregon House seats with 4,000 votes last year, but voter apathy prevented Republican voters from turning out.

Let’s remember something in this situation and RINOS vs MAGA supporters in general.
This guy is supposedly in trouble with the Oregon GOP over his support of Trump and Harmeet Dhillon as RNC Chair.
We all know Ronna McDaniel is the RNC Chair and was reelected.
Why was she reelected ?? Trump supported her reelection and sent his aides to the RNC Meeting to lobby for reelection and they were successful.
The only reason Ronna McDaniel still has her job was because of support from Trump.
My question all along has been, why does Trump continue to support her.
Either he’s pleased with her work and wants to keep her, or his insistence of loyalty cloud his judgement, she could be totally loyal to Trump and incompetent at her job.
IMO, she’s incompetent in her job.
Republicans have underperformed in 3 straight elections and failed to understand and respond to Democrat tactics in elections by not developing any sort of strategy to offset ballot harvesting and mail in voting, while at the same time encourage Republican voters to vote on election day.
It’s my understanding that Trump supported Ronna keeping her Chair because Ronna has authorized that the RNC would continue to pay millions to cover some of the legal fees Trump has been ringing up as he defends himself against nuisance lawsuits of the Liberals.
Oregon has GOP ? WOW
These people spend no time opposing Rats. The only impeachment anywhere in the country is Repukes impeaching themselves.
You could be right; I have no information to say otherwise.
To me the RNC exists for one reason only, that is to elect Republicans for office, anything else is outside of what they should be doing.
If they are indeed paying some of Trump’s legal expenses, I can understand why they would do that, every dollar going to pay Trump’s legal fees is one less dollar going to get Republicans elected to office.
One way to combat Democrat nuisance lawsuits is have some Republican Organization that does nothing but file on lawsuit after another against people like Hillary Clinton, if you fight fire with fire, eventually the Democrats might back off this crap.

Trump was neutral in the last RNC election. If you recall, Mike Lindell was also running
On Steve Bannon’s War Room, they have mentioned several times that Trump backed Ronna McDaniel and used his surrogates during the meeting to lobby on her behalf, it worked she was reelected.
Trump surrounded himself with disloyal non conservatives...all over his WH....the first SOState Tillerson, the last DoD guy Esper.
And many more in between. And of course Lord Fauci, who Trump as too frightened to fire and replace.
Who can forget the likes of Omarosa Manigault, she didn’t last long and immediately started trashing the Whitehouse after she left.
The you had the girl in the press office, Alyssa Farah who is very attractive, after 2020, she got a job on “The View” and is one of the designated Trump haters.
Of course, he first James Comey and replaced him with Chris Wray who is even worse.
Jeff Sessions was the first AG, he allowed a Special Prosecutor to be named and Mueller was brought in, then replaced Sessions with Barr who could not be anymore establishment.

A friend who was very active with the OR GOP has said for years that Solomon Yue is a commie plant. He’s certainly been a source of irritation within the party.
He is a snake in the grass who is always backstabbing Conservatives. Doubt he ever supported Trump and seems to be a spy for the Chinese govt. Escaped China and became a billionaire, how convenient.
I’m sure Ronna had no input into this recall decision. [eye roll]

On Saturday the new neighbors across the street moved in. Oregon plates on their cars. We believe they are fleeing to freedom — big American flag was about the first thing we saw. Haven’t met them yet, though.
