At least Graham is consistent in wanting to raise defense spending, since he seems get off on killing Russians.

Maybe we should lower it? Let’s tell the world that we aren’t going to spend anything on defense for the next 5 years and see what happens. I’m sure the Chinese will totally ignore that opportunity. Maybe they’ll even do the same? Maybe the whole world will then sing Lennon’s, “Give peace a chance”? And then Kumbaya.
Yeah...Let’s not raise the defense spending at all. That’s the ticket.
