Maybe we should lower it? Let’s tell the world that we aren’t going to spend anything on defense for the next 5 years and see what happens. I’m sure the Chinese will totally ignore that opportunity. Maybe they’ll even do the same? Maybe the whole world will then sing Lennon’s, “Give peace a chance”? And then Kumbaya.

No middle ground, I guess? Like having a military NOT led by political leaders interested in Genocide (such as Graham)? Perhaps then we wouldn’t need to dump so much money into the military budget, as Genocides are expensive, especially when the people you’re trying to wipe out are able to defend themselves.
