Lie. The bill he signed didn’t limit anyone’s freedom of speech, it merely made it illegal for someone to toss their flyers onto private property, and then only if the flyer was designed to intimidate based on a protected class. I am not in favor of hate speech laws, but this doesn’t prevent you from being hateful. You just can’t litter my property with your hate.
