North Face, Supreme, Vans, and Timberland are not cheap anyways, although they have always been good quality
We have not bought much of their stuff and now it’s going to be none.
In a society where righteous men were the norm, these scumbags and perverts would never even dream of messing with kids. That society is long home. Pity.
I spend a fair amount of time in cold climate
You generally get what you pay for in fleece
Magellan and Columbia etc the economy brands are not as warm or durable
There are Norway and Swiss makers that are good but pricey
I have found exceptions
A Chinese heavy fleece maker that was dirt cheap and ugly but warm as hell like 800 level fleece if they made such a thing at an army navy store here
It got me through our Christmas sub zero actual temp weather here
Institutional owners are apparently under the same pressure from diversity departments (previously known as HR and legal) to get Woke.
These Woke corporations and institutions are going to have to hear from customers before they get the message.
I understand the details—but evil is evil.
There are always “reasons” to do evil and be evil.
Long “home” should be long “gone.” Lol! Damn autocorrect . .
The company is considering changing its name to “In Your Face”.
Maybe a Mexican manufacturer makes a Christmas fleece. Fleece Navidad!
But I don't think these Woke corporations and institutions understand the evil behind their actions.
They might even think they are being kind and sensitive to homosexuals, trannies, and freaks. Bob Iger at Disney is a perfect example. He is a die-hard do-gooder for the Woke cause. He honestly believes in it.
The current headquarters of “The North Fface”:
In 2000, The North Face was acquired by VF Corporation in a deal worth US $25.4 million and became a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company was previously headquartered in Alameda, California, co-located with its corporate sibling, JanSport.
In 2020, the company’s headquarters relocated to Denver, Colorado.
they are more afraid of the esg people
than customers
customers have to step up
customers have the power
they just have to use it
I like that term buycott, never heard of that before.
June is going to be a nightmare. They all are going to do this. They figure they all can’t be boycotted to the extent of bud light.
“That’s why ladies and gentlemen grab and hold on to 2 whatever you have in your closet and do not give it away because these bastards are riding high and mighty, and will continue their evil filth! Stay strong!”
My 83 year old wife agrees with you. Due to the Covid B$, her hip replacement was delayed for about for about 2 years and was replaced 1 March last year.
She now back to her original weight for our wedding, 61+ years, ago.
So, she is back to wearing her old reliable clothes and looks great.
American parents are tolerating pure Satanic preying on their children. What happened to them? A spiritually dead nation it appears.
This the ultimate result of closing all the state mental hospitals
Pedos pushing for more access to kids.
I’m sooooo shocked
N.Theknow,
Took me a second to realize you weren’t Thek - now. Fleece Navidad, that’s damn good!
NorthFace’s quality went South about 6 years ago, what little there was. Now iI think their brain have gone south as well. Personally don’t use synthetics. Prefer wool, cotton, and leather. You can still get English wool products and England and Germany do some outstanding leather. Get’ a bit pricey but lasts an age and I expect it is price competitive in the long run. In the short run you’ve got the quality comfort and wear that can’t be beaten.
