DeSantis’ first priority would be to get re-elected. Trump wouldn’t have that problem, and he’d go in loaded for bear.

A lot depends on whether Trump actually can win the nomination, don’t you think? This is all guesswork and speculation- the number of potential game changers is nearly infinite at this time.

Two things:

The past isn't something that will do any of us any good at this point in time.

I believe Ron may have learned by watching Trump to not surround yourself with idiots when elected potus.

Trump can't overcome all this legal crap now, IMO, so why would you believe it's Ron's job to save Don?

(asking for a friend)

“100 former Trump administration officials”

___________

I’ll bet more than half of them worked diligently for the Democrat Party and/or the DoJ.

He had to fish in a very small pond.

But he does seem to trust in people’s sense of honor— which doesn’t exist in DC.

Sorry. Biden ruined the endorsement letters from former government officials thing.......

Most likely will have the opposite effect. We citizens want to dismantle the filthy rotten stage in Washington. We don't want more.

Ron is one of them. He is not MAGA and all of you are going to get fooled if you think this guy is anywhere near ready to act as his own guy. He is being run by others.

I have a question for you.

We know Trump was criminally set up by top officials in these government agencies, we know they were criminally undermining and attacking Trump and his associates, 24/7 for 7 years, and then attempted to frame Trump, destabilize and overthrow his administration, all of which totally influenced the last election. We know all this.

>And DeSantis’ response to all this criminal tyranny against Trump is to run AGAINST Trump?

Do you find this alarming or odd?

The past isn't something that will do any of us any good at this point in time

Wow, you completely evaded the questions...

Why didn't you call it an insurrection? You leftest freak

I’d be happy with either Trump or DeSantis in the White House. I voted for Trump twice. That being said, I think DeSantis would be the stronger candidate. Trump has a tendency to get foot-in-the-mouth disease, and he tends to alienate independent voters. I’ve been impressed with what DeSantis has done in Florida, and I’d love to see him take that to the national stage. His 20-point landslide victory in Florida was incredible for what was considered a “slightly red” state. He knows how to win without compromising his conservative principles while also attracting independent voters. We desperately need to win the White House in 2024, and I think DeSantis has a better chance of doing that than Trump. Well, that’s how I see it.

Is this like the 50 former intelligence agency employees stating the Hunter laptop is disinformation?
