(My Comment): - Add to that the Big Pharma investment in the Video media advertizing.
Think that I am kidding ? Start counting the number of pharma advertizements that you see on TV during the prime daytime , and even moreso during evenings !
They own the video media (TV) with commercial drug advertizments, which represents the preponderance of media income ($$).
