The ONLY thing you tell the cops is that "I was in fear of my life." and "I want a lawyer."
Then you SHUT UP!!!

They shot at him and he shot at them. They were committing a felony. Anyone with at least half a brain would have given him a medal, or at least mentioned him in dispatches, but apparently self defense is a crime in Tennessee. See YouTube video “Don’t talk to police”.

This happened in Shelby County (Memphis). Although TN is a red state, Memphis and Nashville are deep blue, with Nashville the more recent acquisition. Libtards have ruined Nashville. You can’t go out to eat anywhere nice without being approached by beggars.

Nashville bexame the L.A. of country music. So many libs have moved there.

Yes.
Should be repeated/reposted here ad nauseam and something every (responsible) gun owner needs to recite daily.

Until Florida governor Bush signed the Castle Doctrine Florida residents were required by law to retreat. When he signed the law the media was on a hyperbolic tirade about how Florida would turn into the wild west. (The wild west was a lot more tolerant than movies would have us believe.) There was no uptick in shootings. I don’t know how the law affected the crime rate as criminals don’t contemplate the results of their actions.

My idea for a kill switch locks the doors activates a self-driving feature that takes the vehicle into the nearest body of water more that 20 feet deep.
the cost of the car should be paid for by the taxpayers, considering the “big picture” cost savings.

It is my understanding that a manual, stick-shift transmission is sufficient protection from carjackers and thieves.

“He told the cops that he closed his eyes while shooting!?!?!?!”
Is there a state law that requires a person to have their eyes open firing a weapon in self defense? In other cases would persons who are visually impaired not have Second Amendment Rights?

You can barely find a Porsche with a stick shift these days.
