From the aol article link below, it left a 65 foot wide crater and may have been a 500 kilo bomb. The question is what was the planned target? Also are Russian pilots planning some of their “accidents?”

Have no idea and not privy to Russian war plans.
Does not matter what the target was - likely some apartment building as usual.
The 2 weeks actually did “break the curve” in the sense of lowering the peak number of cases.
